I, Denis Gallant, purchased this tractor from James & Cecil Palmer. Jim's father, Hedley Palmer, bought it new with dual wheels, plough, harrow and disc for $1,200.00. The tractor has 3 forward gears and reverse. Has no power take off. It is 4 cyl gas. The gas tank has 2 compartments because it started on gas and when it got warmed up it changed to kerosene because kerosene was cheaper. When I bought the tractor it was in an old shed. The front axle was in the mud almost to the radiator. I have had it about 20 years and it is now completely rebuilt. The tractor is now 103 years old.
